Emily G. used to suffer from terrifying trauma. Emily was very emotionally forced by the courts to give up her child for adoption. When asked to think about it, what instantly came to mind for her was the judge's face, the word "Adoption", and the absolute debilitating feeling of terror. And although this was just a one-event experience, it was so emotional and impactful, it left Emily devastated, believing that she would never be allowed to have any more children and would never enjoy having a family again.

Rhy. C. experienced trauma over a prolonged period of time. Not only the actual traumatic events themselves, but also the added trauma of having to go through the whole prolonged and very drawn out process of a police investigation... and the consequent court case. Rhy also had to deal with added trauma of the events being made quite public, both throughout the court case, and more publicly through the local media, press and newspapers.

Rhy and Emily G. both came to me with these problems and they'd tried everything to solve it. They'd tried traditional Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, trying to push it out of their minds and just trying to blank the memories. Nothing seemed to work.

But by some pure fluke and fortune, they happened to chance upon that Facebook group, on that day, at that time, and see my advert.

Introducing IEMT Integral Eye Movement Therapy

I want to tell you today about IEMT Integral Eye Movement Therapy.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a brief therapy that utilises simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a particular thought pattern that may be problematic for the recipient.

IEMT is also a rapid change process that can be used with great effect as content free tool for dealing with trauma and other negative emotions. It can also be used as a generative tool for identity level change.

IEMT techniques help to create change by rapidly reducing unwanted feelings to help you to resolve some emotional issues. Moving our eyes in certain ways appears to connect to the part of the brain that stores our memories and emotions. For reasons that are not fully understood this can lead to a rapid release of emotions bringing about long term relief.

IEMT can also show you why you may repeat unwanted behaviour and how to deal with this without the need for digging into the past with lengthy psychological analysis.

Unlike many psychological therapeutic processes, IEMT does not require the client to disclose lots of details about their experience or give details about troublesome events. It is in effect a "secret therapy". Disclosure is not required and the recipient's secrets remain secret.
